Yes, we guarantee that 100% of our products are official and sourced directly from authorized distributors in South Korea. All album sales are reflected in the Hanteo and Gaon (Circle) charts.
How long does shipping take within Denmark and the EU?
Orders within Denmark typically arrive in 1-3 business days. For the rest of the EU, shipping usually takes between 4-7 business days depending on your local postal service.
Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?
No, because we are based in Denmark, all orders shipped to customers within the European Union are free from additional customs duties and import taxes.
What is your return policy for K-pop albums?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and the original plastic seal is intact. We cannot accept returns for albums that have been opened due to the collectible nature of inclusions like photocards.
How do you ensure my albums aren't damaged during shipping?
We take great care in packaging. Every album is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure your items and their outboxes arrive in pristine condition.
